Q- What hours are you open?
A- From 7:00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Q- Is Kinderland a purpose built childcare centre?
A- Yes, Kinderland Educare is a purpose built childcare center.It has been designed for 30 children to strictly meet the educational standards of Ministry of education, New Zealand.
Q- Is there an enrolment/supply fee?
A- Yes. $40 Registration Fee
Q- Do we need to pay fees in advance?
A- Yes, all fees are to be paid one week in advance. This is necessary for us to maintain a high standard of care for your child.
Q- Do you supply all food, diapers and pull ups to care for my child?
A- Parents supply diapers, pull ups while the center supplies the wipes and halal nutritional meals to all children.
Q- What ages do you accept?
A- Infant from 6weeks old to five years old.
Q-Do you require notice forholidays, vacation and sick days?
A- Yes, please read parent handbook for more information.
Q- Do you offer atransition to school programme?
A-Yes, we offer a smooth transitional programme to Primary School. For further details please, read our transition to school policy.
Q-Do you offer Islamic programme?
A-Yes, we offer basic Islamic programme appropriate to the age of the children
Q-Can I receive sibling discount for my child?
A-Yes, please read parent handbook for more information.
Q-Does your center provide 20 free hours?
A-Yes, we provide 20 free hours to 3 and 4 year old children (sessions available).
Q-What foods are included in the price?
A- We will provide snacks and drinks for all children- morning tea, afternoon tea and complimentary late snack. Hot lunch for short and long day children only. (Baby formula to be provided by parents)
Q- Are you familiar with medial experience, in case of emergency?
A- Yes, all our registered staff are first aid trained in New Zealand.
